I'm just having a little trouble understanding this and was hoping the Hongfire community could help me out. As far as I understand the current hentai game market, Artificial Girl 3 (released almost 6 years ago!) was the last single player game out on the market which included:
Granted there were other potential positive aspects to the game including extensive character customization, modding support (or at least accessibility), etc., but let's consider those bonuses for the moment and concentrate on the core aspects of an open-world experience: the player being able to freely explore an environment with active NPCs.
Now, as I've not been in the loop as to all of the potential releases over the last few years, my question is whether or not any open-world hentai (western, Japanese, what have you) games have been released or started development since AG3?
I only know that Artificial Academy was a spiritual successor to AG3 in some respects, but it really felt flat in comparison to AG3's seamless world. Perhaps that was just me, though...
- A free-roam, 3D environment for the main character
- Girls (or I suppose guys if your preference) that moved around in the same environment
- Sex initiated by the player OR by the NPCs seamlessly within the environment (i.e. Not sex scenes and activities selected from a menu or cutaways from the environment)
