Need help with Mods not showing up

Okay so I import the mod, and it shows up IN GAME as a box with an item on it
I click it...and the character doesnt get dressed into IT it gets naked, or sometimes its skin and I can see teeth and brains and stuff ...ect
so the item is completely transparent ... how do I fix this?

Edit: OH GOD sorry the game I am talking about is 3d Custom Girl ...
