Love Fetish Vol.9 Help! らぶフェチ～マゾ編～

This is exactly my type and I'm dying to play it..Please help!

So I'm using a windows 8 and tried everything still it didn't work.
I changed to Japanese locale,used the start.exe crack but it just show me error.

Is that windows 8 just can't play this or what?
