Well, they are actual not real "H-Games". Most of the fun aspects are instead added in by mods. But the mods are so well done and so well integrated that they pretty much can rival commercial h-games such as the illusion software titles.
A lot of you are probably already familiar with the thread AIOblivion: The Complete Experience. The thread compiles a bunch of mods that significantly changed how you can play Oblivion. I used to have those mods installed and enjoyed them very much. But after getting my new computer with Windows 8.1 I could not longer install oblivion from my retail bought game disc. It was a shame really, but the technical difficulty actually gave me a chance to try something that turned out to be a lot better than the Oblivion experience. I came upon something called the Skyrim Sexlab Framework. I'm not going to post the links, you guys should be able to easily google the site where you can read up the installation guides and download the mods. The framework supports various positions and creature animations. They are all automatic. With the right sub-mods to trigger them, you can get things going during fights, during story segments, or any time you feel like it. I recommend sexlab defeat as a must have, since it applies to your companion as well. For those who are into NTR this is a great mod. You could try bringing your wife with you in combat. Its the best Game Over Rape simulator :evillaugh: There are also slavery mods which replace your death in game, but I haven't tried those yet.

Another game that I strongly recommend is Sims 3. Yes, The Sims 3.
Sims 3 is great because it already is a fantastic sex simulator without any mods installed what so ever.
Electronic Arts even advertise sex in their expansion packs by saying: "Oh New Woo-Hoo(reads SEX) locations in the shower!!" But of course, I'm not here to introduce you guys to the vanilla game, I'm here to talk about one amazing mod called Graphical XTC.
With XTC, you can get your sims in the game to have animated sex with literally anyone. Although the vanilla game already has a censored version of sex called woo-hoo, you don't actually see anything, and you are very restricted in who you can woo-hoo with. Using XTC though, you are no longer restricted. And you can see the actual animations. Its almost like that Space Strategy Game RAI. You may impregnate your mom, your sister, your daughter or anyone who is aged teen or above. Meanwhile, you are still going through the game by working your job, socializing NPCs, and romancing ladies. Unlike RAI though, a lot of the stuff in the Sims are directed by you. So if you want to experience NTR, you have to make that happen yourself. But everything is in 3D. And the world of the Sims 3 is quite big to be honest. Its loaded with stuff to do. (Base game + all Expansions = 60gb on your hard drive)

They are both open world games with RPG like progressions and are filled with content. With such big worlds to play in, adding H options in-game is like a stroke of genius. I recommend anyone who has the time to try them out. The mods are not too easy to install. I was trying to make a compilation of the mods for Skyrim including NPC re-skins and the sexlab framework mods, but have not yet finished since the files are so big. For those who are interested, these are the mods that I use, you can find most of them on Skyrim Nexus:

I have however, finished compiling the mods for the Sims 3. The file size is much smaller in this case. Just extract them and read the simple two lines instruction I wrote in.
