probably not using quite the right terms, but curious.
i understand that if you take a kilometre long object and added a propulsion system to it,
any acceleration force isnt transmitted immediately to the whole structure, its transmitted in waves...
but, would how it accelerated change if you could make the pressure waves from the propulsion
source move through the structure at a faster pace? possibly immediately?
