Blood C Blu-Ray question

Hello there,

I don't know if I am in the right place to ask this... I don't post out of the Hentai boards very often, so... yeah..

I'm thinking in buying the Blu-Ray edition of Blood C, but, I've never bought an Anime Blu-Ray before.
I'm talking about the 12 episodes + the movie.

I've never bought any animation Blu-Ray of any kind, now that I think of it, so, I don't know how it looks in HD...
Is it worth it? Everything is just 8€ more (10$ or something).

Since Blood C looks gorgeous, I'm considering the Blu-Ray =x What you guys think?

(Bonus Question - I'm not an anime expert, well, I don't watch anime regularly, maybe I watch 2 anime in an year, anyway, I loved... LOVED, Kill la Kill, is it usual to release a full package with every episode and extra stuff, some time after the ending of the anime? In Europe. If so, who usually does it? I only have the full DeathNote package, and I loved it!)
