Concerning ebola or other communicable diseases, what can be considered just being stupid and completely self centered OR actual bioterrorism. If you knew you had been exposed and possibly contagious would you leave your home and possibly infect thousands or would you take your chances? Sounds like the beginnings of a poll but I am serious.
I personally believe that anyone would try to survive, even at an immense lose of life as long as they survived.
But
When selfishness causes death is it the right decision or is it deliberate bioterrorism?
On another note, what if a person is quarantined and ignores it possibly infecting many more? Are they stupid and selfish or are they bioterrorists?
In the case in the news I believe the original terrorist was the liar who cared nothing for anyone else, even his own "alleged" family. And then they disregarded the quarantine order and put and entire populace in danger as recent news broadcasts indicate. Now they want to sue the hospital for obeying the law. I am talking about the OCare law which means only minimal treatment and stabilization is required for uninsured patients, until payment is set up, no matter which race you are.
As far as I'm concerned they are bioterrorists, not victims unless victims of their alleged "uncle" but ignoring the law is not the way to prove victimization.
