Any good games with BDSM?

I've at the point where my perverted imagination is going a bit wild here, and I don't know where to start looking for games with BDSM (not exclusively, but has such a thing be it a built-in feature or can be modded in). I've already checked out Custom Maid 3D's S&M Room, so no need to suggest that. Although, is Custom Maid Online any different?

Preferably a sandbox game, if I may add.
