The Japanese version has been around for a long time but finally, a fully translated English version is going to be released soon.
It is expected to drop before the end of this year, and can be preordered at Jlist.

Personally I've preordered a copy and can't wait. Never played a littlewitch game before, but the art by Oyari looks absolutely beautiful, just hope the game mechanics are fun.
