Can't remember the game's name...

Damn it, I've been trying to find a animated game (came out not so long ago [ in the 3 past months, i would guess]).
It's not really complex: about a aunt/mother, only using the breasts, then later on her mouth. The focus only goes to the zoomed parts (breasts, mouth) or the whole animated image. The quality was quite good.

Any one?
