Does anyone know how to register and navigate otomedream?

Several months ago, I've tried registering at otomedream.com but it was very difficult to navigate through all the Chinese (especially when some parts can't be translated with Google). Does anyone have a tutorial for this? I'm also located in the U.S., so I'm afraid that the site may block my IP, but I'd like to try registering again if anyone would be kind enough to help me...? ;___;
