What appears to be a gem under lock-down

So I was looking around the internet for new and interesting hentai games to play.
When I came across this...

After some digging around I found a link for it, however I'm out of luck.

Does anybody have any information on this work and/or company? I'm a bit perplexed as to why these works aren't more discussed on a site such as this.
