Extract animated CG with KaguyaCut 2.08

I have just found the KaguyaCut tool, and I have figured out almost everything except one thing, which is extracting animations

I can extract normal(still) CGs, backgrounds, character sprites (after merging) but the animated CG extracts as either bmp+anm files or separate CG frames

Is there an actual way to get the animations directly or do i have to take the separate CG frames and convert them into a gif myself

Note: The game is Wagamama Milk de Shite Ageru. Although there already exists CG galleries of it on the internet, I wasn't happy with them because for me they were incomplete which led to me searching for a way to rip everything myself.

Hi guys,

I'm a real fan of those Freehand Tamashi H-Manga series. However, I've noticed that there are no more new English translated version of it. I've seen Korean/Chinese/Etc translated of its new releases but not English. I'm just wondering if anybody knows why is this happening?

Ayame's Adventure is the first out of 5 games that take place in a universe created by Heaven Studios at hrpgheaven.com, all the games taking place in this universe happen mostly at the same time, and there will be cameos between all the main characters.

The first version didn't have many bugs and those that it had weren't too severe to the exception of a softlock (since then fixed) when you entered the docks map.

Many things have been added to the game, all the mechanics have been finished, the story/script has been finished for all the first 4 games, Ayame's Adventure is now ready for Voice Acting which we will have soon and will be optional (can turn on/off at any time during menu), you can now change the window appearance and movement speed of the character for the more impatient players, you can turn internal cumshots on or off but there's no internal cumshot scenes available in this version, the scene where ayame potentially loses her virginity to her fiancé was re-written and will have new CG's in future version, Patreon version has 4 additonal hentai scenes.

Inside the folder there's a map, critical locations where things happen are marked by a *, places highlighted in green are places that you have to go to or navigate through to get to the places that progress the story (although you can take the bus).

As usual, if you see any bugs please report, it's deeply appreciated. Constructive criticism is appreciated as well.

I'll update this post with a F.A.Q. as we go.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM:

The purpose of this program is to easily extract all of the Japanese dialog from several KS files at once. The dialog is then is automatically formatted into a text file that is ready to be used with UnityInjector. All spaces and ";" will be stripped from the text, and the text will have a "tab" after each Japanese phrase.

This program is designed to take the tediousness out of translating the game dialog, in the hopes to make the translation process less tedious, and to excel the process.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:

The goal of this project is to take the technical work out of the translation process, and to open the project up to everyone to be able to do translations. I have extracted all of the text from the game into one single Excel file. Anyone has the ability to edit this file and write out the translations.

This file can be downloaded at any time by simply going to "File > Download As > Tab Separated Values (.tsv, current sheet)". Save the file to the computer, and rename the file from ".tsv" to ".txt". The file should already be formatted for use with UnityInjector. The downloaded file can be copied and pasted into smaller text files that corrispond to the correct LEVEL. This is done by naming the file "name.level#.txt". For instance, text that is used during the 15th level during the game (the level can be seen in the command window while the text is being displayed) would be "vip.15.txt". These files should then be placed in the following folder "...\CM3D2\UnityInjector\Config\Strings\Translatio n"

NOTE: Each section of text corresponds to a specific level. At this time, I do not know how to determine which ks files relate to which level. If someone could explain this to me I would greatly appreciate it. I could then orginize the text for each level, vs each file. Please someone help me with this.

Custom Half Dress state!



INSTALLATION & TIPS:
Uncompress into your playclub folder.

* Tracer's Gun are in D.Va's Studio Item
Similar to D.Va's gun, put the character in T-Pose, add gun and mount to hand. For dual wield, just negate the X location and Z rotation by 180 degrees (see spoiler below)

LIMITATIONS & NOTES:
I had to disable breast sizing cause there was no way I can get it to work with the chest piece. I really tried for days to paint the weights and other tricks to get it to work, but there was no way to get one solid piece work with two moveable breasts. The Half Dress state do work with breast sizing.

Pretty much the whole upper outfit is ported and the leggings are UV remapping. Took alot of weight painting to get it to work cause there are just soooooo many parts to this outfit. There might be some clipping (I haven't tested all the possible positions) but nothing major. Still have to fine tune the leg/crotch straps, but again nothing major.

I wanted the Half Dress state to match Play Club's other outfits' Half Dress states, so simple open jacket and made the tights like pantyhose instead of pants (which has no H-state).

Tracer has ridiculous HUGE cartoonish hands, so like D.Va suggest using Alexae's Adjust Mod to enlarge the hands. Gun is scaled down to fit regular hands, so scale it up if you do enlarge the hands (you'll also have to reposition them too)

sorry, no hair include for this outfit. Haven't gotten to go thru each hair to find the right bones for this hair style, so holding off on releasing it.

So I just download this H-game and for some reason the animations don't play properly at all and i have no idea why. Every other H-game i've played works like AA and AA2 and such so i have absolutely no idea why this one wont, any suggestions? My pic i attached is how the animations look.

I lost all of my posts and rank/rep somehow? I posted on every mod I downloaded and thanked/rep them as well. I noticed that my own rank went up after I thanked every person on their posts/thread and leaving them a thank you in the replies......and now it's all gone??? I was't spamming or anything. I just wanted to show my appreciation so I thanked/rep them and now it is gone. Okay if some reason I need my own rep/rank to be demoted/taken away that is fine, but the people I thanked/rep should get theirs because of their mods/posts I downloaded. It would be cool to keep my rank/lvl that I earned from that but that is w/e. Its more about them. In any case, I am just wondering what happened exactly because I thanked like 50 times LOL
