Sacred Plume - Direct3D の初期化に失敗した。

Hello! I'm new, and I'm in need of some help. I've had Sacred Plume downloaded for awhile on my PC, and I've come back months later to it to find that I cant start the game no longer. All I get is a Direct3D の初期化に失敗した。 (Failed to Initialize) message, and i've never encountered this problem.

Much help would be appreciated.
